Story behind the Anchor Book

3 years ago I, Hazel, started healing from chronic illness by using brain retraining. One of the symptoms I was healing from was severe anxiety. I found Bible verses to be very comforting in these times. Sometimes I would write one on my hand when going to an appointment or when sitting in a setting that caused the anxiety to be heightened. In 2021 I started mentoring a group of girls and we would take turns sharing Bible verses every week. When that group came to a close I put all the verses into a tiny book for each one of them. Since then the topic of these books has come up with others. I decided I wanted to share these great tiny books with others rewiring or simply dealing with anxiety and needing a little anchor item to take with them places. I myself have taken this book all over with me. It fits nicely in my pocket or purse and has been a great tool in my toolkit of healing. I hope it can be the same for you.
